Spirit Sweeping Over

With eyes closed in reverence for my God I can feel an overwhelming presence of the Holy Spirit swallowing the student body as we all praise the King of Kings. My eyes open to see a wide spread act of worship with hands held high and hearts pouring themselves out in song as we collectively life one voice. Justin steps back from the mic and you can hear a crowd full of students who are lost not in themselves but in a state of adoration to Christ. This is worship. This is losing ourselves to the one who is worthy. Knowing there are students willing to set themselves aside to sing the name of Christ with such passion and lift Him higher than themselves put a smile on my face. God is very much alive and ready to do a work in and through the students at Liberty. What an honor to see a glimpse of true and pure worship today. He is the GREAT I AM!
